  1. Title: The National Civil Rights Institute and Hall of Fame, Inc.
  2. Site Address: 2301 Garfield Street, Gary, Indiana 46404
  3. Location: Approximately two blocks off U.S. Interstate Highway
  4. Size of Structure: Four (4) stories high with approximately two hundred thousand ($200,000) square feet total interior space.
  5. Estimated cost of Construction: $14,000,000 (14M)
  6. Interior: Ten (10) large,themed exhibit halls and one Grand Exhibit Hall, LFFT - Music Hall, Conference Classrooms and Meeting Rooms, Shops, Restaurants, Offices and Administrative spaces, Radio and Television Studios, an a Scholars Research Library and Archives.
  7. Exhibit Design: Lasers, holographic representations and other computer-driven technology will be used to design and operate many of the exhibits, along with artifacts, images and memorabilia of the great sweep of our on-going history known as the Civi Rights Movement in the United States of America.
